Richard has been practicing law in Pennsylvania since 1987. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and the Dickinson School of Law. He is a member of the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and all lower courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Richard served as an adjunct faculty member at The Pennsylvania State University where he taught health law and policy classes for more than twenty-five years. Richard previously served as The City of Harrisburg’s first press secretary. He was also a television anchorman for WHTM-TV and WHP-TV in Harrisburg.
Richard resides with his wife in Fairview Township.
Rich started working at Seneca Law when he was a sophomore at Red Land High School. Rich subsequently graduated from The Pennsylvania State University where he was awarded the Kenneth W. Masters Award in Public Policy. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the Widener University School of Law where he attended on a full scholarship.
Rich has been practicing law for almost a decade and is a member of the bars of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and all lower courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Rich is involved in emergency services, having volunteered with several fire departments, holding an EMT certification, and working part-time for the Lower Allen Township Police Department. Rich resides with his wife, two children, and dog in Silver Spring Township.
